How MoveLoom
works

A clear, self-paced journey from choosing your focus to building a consistent movement practice — entirely online.

01

Choose a focus

Browse the MoveLoom programs and select the area you'd like to work on — whether that's hip mobility, shoulder range, everyday flexibility, or a beginner foundation.

Not sure where to start? The Beginner Mobility program or Mobility Fundamentals are designed for exactly this moment.

02

Learn the movement

Each session is a structured movement lesson. You'll learn what the movement is, why it matters, and how to do it with proper technique and awareness.

Sessions are self-paced and available online — you work through them in your own time, at home.

03

Practice at your pace

Move through the program sessions at a pace that works for your schedule. There's no rush — consistent, patient practice produces better results than rushing.

Most programs are structured into weekly progressions, but you control the timeline.

04

Build consistency

As you progress through a program, the movements become more familiar. The goal shifts from learning technique to building a regular practice.

Shorter, more frequent sessions are more effective than occasional long ones.

05

Progress gradually

As your body adapts, you'll naturally move into more advanced work or expand into other areas of the body. Progress is measured in months, not days.

Many students complete one program and move into another, building a complete movement education over time.
